Mr. Bhavin Shah is an alumni of Harvard Business School and has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Birla Vishwakarma Mahavidyalaya. He has been associated with Green Electricals Pvt. Ltd. for over 28 years, and has been instrumental in shaping the company’s growth and success. He drives the company’s growth agenda, leading Strategy, Business Development, and Finance, with a sharp focus on expanding into new markets and innovative product lines. In addition to his role at Green Electricals, he is the co-founder of buyelectric.com and the managing partner of R.A. Electricals.
Mr. Arpit Choksi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Economics) and is responsible for the execution of strategies to achieve the company’s long-term vision. He joined the company in 2004 and was appointed as Director in 2017. During his tenure of 21 years, he has contributed to the Group’s expansion by actively driving business diversification and growth through his active involvement in Sales, Procurement and Operations.
Mr. Vijay Chauhan, an Electrical Engineer with over 23 years of experience, brings deep expertise in the design, development, and manufacturing of LV/MV panels, C&R panels, GIS up to 220kV, and compact substations. He has successfully led numerous projects for state electricity boards as well as industrial clients, with several products type-tested at accredited laboratories. Renowned for his strong technical leadership, Mr. Chauhan seamlessly coordinates across sales, design, planning, and production teams. His commitment to innovation, quality, and cross-functional efficiency continues to drive growth and operational excellence at Pressgel Insulations.
Mr. Prajal Parikh is an experienced business development professional with over 12 years of expertise in International Business. He holds an MBA from Gdańsk University, Poland, and has extensive exposure to international markets. With deep technical knowledge in the electrical field, he currently leads Green Electricals’ LV and MV Panel/Switchboard Manufacturing Division, driving growth, global partnerships, and sustainable business strategies.
Mr. Harshit Patel brings over a decade of diverse industry experience to his role. A graduate of Gujarat Technological University, he has been associated with Green Electricals Pvt. Ltd. for more than ten years, progressing through key functions in Sales, Purchase, Administration, and Accounts. In recent years, he spearheaded the establishment of the Cable Tray Manufacturing Division at Green Enerzon Pvt. Ltd.
Mrs. Hirna Shah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and brings strong expertise in managing people and organizational processes. She has been associated with Green Electricals Pvt. Ltd. for over 15 years and plays a key role in strengthening the company’s internal operations, especially the seamless coordination across the Human Resources, Administration, and Operations departments. Along with this, she also serves as the managing partner of R.A. Electricals and International Electricals, supporting the Group’s diversified business interests.
Ms. Ria Shah is a graduate from Rutgers Business School and has a compelling experience in supply chain management and telecommunications industry. Her strategic yet fresh perspective play a pivotal role in extending the company's presence worldwide, fostering new opportunities, and driving sustainable growth.
Ms Sia Shah is the Data Analytics & Information Technology Associate at Green, bringing a sharp analytical edge combined with a tech-forward mindset. With strong proficiency in data-driven insights and digital systems, she supports strategic decision-making across departments.
Mr. Nishant Nigam oversees the company's financial strategy, accounting, and fiscal health. He also looks after Internal Auditing, Bank Financing & Project report for CapEx, Costing, Taxation, and Due diligence with management. He ensures financial discipline and alignment with management for growth objectives.
Mr. Dharmesh Patel brings over 20+ years of experience in ERP, IT and CRM system development and implementation. He leads digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, transparency and scalability. He also drives organization-wide digital integration to support sustained growth.
Mr. Joshi is a Senior Technical Expert at Green Electricals, bringing over four decades of multifaceted experience across Medium Voltage (MV) and High Voltage (HV) systems, asset management, new business development, and transmission engineering. His leadership as ERDA President (2016–2018) showcased his strategic vision and commitment to advancing the electrical engineering industry.
Mr. Murty is a scientist and innovator bringing 40+ years of rich experience in the insulation industry. He has dedicated several years into pioneering the technique and designing his own pressure gelation machines. He plays a vital role in guiding and mentoring the team in their R&D and production excellence.
